Community Services Coordination Network (CSCN)

The Community Services Coordination Network (CSCN) is a not-for-profit organization, funded by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services, and the Ministry of Health.

CSCN staff work with families to coordinate access to various services and supports for children and adolescents who have complex multiple needs. The agency is the single point of access to residential based children and youth mental health services that are funded by the Ministry of Health. CSCN performs this function across a five-county catchment area that includes: London-Middlesex, Elgin, Huron, Oxford and Perth Counties.

Developmental Services Ontario - South West Region is a division of the Community Services Coordination Network.

CSCN is the Passport agency in the South West portion of the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services, West Region.

We help families with complex needs find services and support.

Developmental Services Ontario

The government of Ontario is working to improve services and supports for adults who have developmental disabilities and their families.

DSO agencies are the primary contact point for people who need information about services and supports in their community, and the single access point for people who want to apply for Ministry-funded adult developmental services and supports.
